Plymouth
USA · Founded 1928
Chrysler's value brand that punched way above its weight in the muscle car wars. Dead since 2001, but the legends live on.
Heritage
Plymouth was created to compete with Ford and Chevy at the low end of the market. But in the 1960s, Plymouth got mean. The Road Runner was a no-frills muscle car for people who wanted speed, not luxury. The 'Cuda became one of the most desirable muscle cars ever built. The Hemi 'Cuda convertible is now a million-dollar car. Plymouth died in 2001 when Chrysler consolidated brands, but the muscle car community still venerates the name.
